These pretties were inspired from a visit to San Francisco where many people dress their heads and hair with feathers, flowers and charms. My idea grew when I returned back to Edinburgh - the festival city! and knew they would become a big hit with anyone celebrating summer. They are the perfect festival accessory for adding a whimsical touch to your day.
