Postage and Delivery
I offer free hand delivery to addresses local to Edinburgh, please let me know if you wish to take me up on this offer. This can save time and keeps costs down for all of us.
Environmentally friendly or recycle packaging is our priority and is used as much as possible. Please don’t be offended if your wrapping has been re-used from the treasures of another.
Royal Mail services is our first choice for delivery, however, all options are considered and cheeper or faster options are often opted for before Royal Mail, especially when items are required to be tracked in the mail.
Goods can be purchased and posted around the world. Prices quoted do not include any custom charges and may vary from that advertised depending on postage. Please contact me to discuss options.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with an item you have bought, this may be returned, unused and in original packaging within 14 days of receipt, for a refund. Please pay for your own postage to return. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and other items personally worn can not be returned, unless there is a fault. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please contact us if you wish to return an item and we will advise on the best method to do this.

Feel assured, we mind our own business. We adhere to General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and are committed to your privacy rights. We will always respect your personal information and privacy and will not sell or share your personal details with anyone. Customers are only contacted by reply or with regard to an order placed. Your personal information is not recorded other than the order placed and the receipt filed.
